Case Study: End Of The Roll

Case Study: End Of The Roll

Problem

The management team at End Of The Roll knew that it was only a matter of time before they had to upgrade their lighting. They had purchased Metal Halide fixtures from us a long time ago, and although they understood the benefits of LED lighting, they were a little nervous about making the switch.

Knowing the importance of how lighting can change the look of any carpet or flooring, the management team wanted to ensure that the fixtures chosen were clear and bright. After presenting them with a few different options, one eventually stood out.

Solution

We ended up replacing their existing 360W Metal Halide fixtures with CSC LED 150W HB7C High Bay Fixtures at 4000K colour temperature.

The approximate energy savings from this conversion amount to 13,200 kWh/year and approx. $1,584 in annual savings, while also eliminating maintenance costs for the next 5-10 years due to the impressive life span of these LED fixtures.

The customer also obtained a $2,383 incentive from BC Hydro.

Overall the installation went incredibly smooth and the customer was very happy with the chosen fixtures and the work that was completed by the Electrician - Wilco Electrical.
